I may be the right photographer for you if:
You like true-to-life colours and natural retouching
You like candid photos but also want some posing guidance
You want someone who will help you feel comfortable and confident
You're looking for a photographer who truly cares about her clients
You want to be heard and collaborate to bring your vision to life
You want to work with someone who is positive, reliable, trustworthy, and provides an inclusive, safe environment for every client.
I'm a published wedding and portrait photographer based in Calgary, Alberta. I strive to bring out each client’s inner beauty, personality, and individual style—whether it's soft and ethereal, edgy and alternative, or anything in between. I love capturing natural, candid moments and collaborating with each client to ensure their photos are a true reflection of who they are. Our time together starts well before your session or wedding day too. We’ll be in touch plenty of times to ensure you’re feeling comfortable and confident on the day—this could mean helping create your wedding-day timeline, finding the perfect locations, or styling your wardrobe for the session. One of the biggest compliments I receive from clients is how comfortable they feel working with me and how natural their photos look. I'll offer tips to guide you, but my wedding style focuses on capturing authentic moments large or small throughout the day. I want your gallery to evoke the feeling of your wedding day, from the happy tears to the joyful celebration with your partner and favourite people. I truly love what I do and want every couple and client to feel seen and taken care of.

I went to college for photography and journalism, and my career started at Vue Weekly—Edmonton’s weekly independent news, music, and arts publication—where I worked my way up from Staff Writer to Managing Editor. It was there that I honed my written and visual storytelling abilities, whether it was interviewing and photographing some of the top musicians in the world or a local hero making the city a better place. My work has also been published in the Globe & Mail, Avenue Magazine, Boudoir Culture Magazine, Beatroute, Confetti, Daily Hive, Exclaim!, the Edmonton Journal, Fast Forward Weekly, and freq magazine. Storytelling continues to be at the heart of my photography, from weddings to branding, and I look forward to telling yours.
