Madison and Dillon are one of the fantastic couples I'll be working with during the 2024 wedding season, and we ventured out to Canmore for their winter engagement session. We had a beautiful day due to unseasonably warm temperatures, even if it meant there was less snow than we had hoped for. Shooting winter mountain engagement sessions can be a roll of the dice when it comes to weather, so it's best to have an open mind and be ready to adapt to changing conditions. Our session worked out in the end, even if we all ended up muddier than expected by the end, and it was made even more fun by the addition of their five-month-old Labrador puppy, Maverick.
